I believe PTC isn't available on mobile devices. I tried it once and got an error. I do all of my PTCs and offers on my laptop.

I complete the PTC on a laptop every day. I have never had any issues with using the laptop. It is true that the PTC offer is not compatible with a mobile device.

A laptop is a computer so you can do FC on the laptop. However, do not attempt to do it on wi fi or you might get banned from FC. You need to be using your ISP.

FC is not mobile friendly although some members claim to do it on a tablet or smart phone.

Bostonphil, I use wi fi in my house on my laptop and have for all the years I've been a FC member and haven't had an issue.  I do not try to do ANYthing on FC other than at home though. I'm not very computer savvy, but I am guessing that my IP address from my home wi fi is unique (?) but a public wi fi (like in a hotel or at work) would not be.  I've done the daily email from my phone when traveling, but that is  it.

I have Spectrum and with my Spectrum I have wi fi but if I cancelled Spectrum, I would not have wi fi in my apartment.

Do you have wi fi in your home without cable or satellite? If so, how? If you are doing FC on your laptop, you may be using wi fi but isn't it connected to your cable or Satellite?

And yes, the problem is with public wi fi like when you are out and about.

Its easier to complete on your laptop, Mobile devices don't work that well.

Probably pretty much every one since hardly anything works using a mobile device.

No you won't.  I use wifi every day to do the site.  And SOME things are accessible via a mobile device.  They even have some surveys that can be done on a mobile device.
