I guess I am going Black Friday shopping with my daughter because my son-in-law has to work and can't go with her.  The last time I went it was a disaster because a neighbor went with use and we had to bring her back home because she had a panic attack.

No, I never shop then because I don't like crowds and prefer to shop online if possible.

I want to know where all the good deals are and I want to know now! Anyone know? Does anyone know if Carters is giving out gift cards? Or JcPenney if they will have their things, I think $10 off $10, other appliances and etc. specials? What about Macys, with some rebate items? Or of course Rite Aid and CVS? Please tell me it is gonna be more than gum and hair ties. Tape is nice though. ;) And I guess, shrug, tissues. Headphones? What about Walgreens? Do they want to give a go at the hair dryer this year? I think I will have to google this, but I am not sure if the sites are up for this yet. They all must know what they are doing already. Michaels? A gift card?

We do not do black Friday sales anymore, to many people, and they are mostly in a bad mood here.

You know that they use to call it "The Day After Thanksgiving Sale." I think that the reason they changed it to Black Friday Sale is because of all of the Evilness that goes on. People getting trampled on and people fighting over the last item, even killing each other for it. I never go to Black Friday Sale because of this.

I don't plan on shopping that day, but that plan can always change if my wife finds a deal that she can't refuse. - That's not likely. Thankfully, she is not a big bargain deal shopper like some people...

I do have an appointment to make a blood donation sometime later that morning. So I imagine I will just give them my gravy heavy blood and go back home to fall asleep in the same chair where I attempted to watch football (but instead fell asleep) the day before.

She should have known if she could not handle crowds.  Tell her to call a cab. lol

I don't think people are in a bad mood.  They are just wanting all the deals and things they want.  The stores have some awesome deal and then have 2-3 of the item so people are fighting over it.  If they advertise it they should have enough for everyone that wants it and everyone who is there should get a raincheck to get the item at the sale price.

You have got to be kidding!  It has ALWAYS been Black Friday.  All my life and before.  And as far as the violence that is a recent thing.  Use too it was not like that.  It was crowded but people were not fighting or killing people.  And as far as the actually killing that has only happened a couple times.  You act like it is a common thing and there are multiple deaths every year.    I use to go with some cousins.  But as things changed and things did start to get violent I do not go for the big sales.  But the sales are all on Thursday now.  Friday is rarely crowded.  Our Walmart is always deserted.  We go and check out things that are still on sale til around 10  on Friday.

You have an appointment NOW to donate blood, well never mind, that is just a couple weeks I guess.  But still.  I did not know you have to make an appointment.  The Red Cross bus was in town recently.  Anybody can just go.  You do not need to make an appointment.
