Please tell me why I'm not being paid for the surveys I complete

I just took a survey that paid $4.00 for 20 damn minutes of my time. I actually enjoyed the survey and stated so at the end when It asked what I thought about it. I was very disappointed when I got back to my home page and saw I was not credited for it. It makes me not want to continue using this site. So many sites are failing on this issue and are losing members left and right. Very upset its not in my balance or my pending amount. Very disappointed, especially when my time could be spent on different sites that actually credit you for your time spent, and if a technical issue was to arise, there is a list of everything you clicked on so you had a survey number to reference back to, to report on. Its like I never spent all that time completing it. Good thing I enjoyed the survey and could tell you about every single question. I'd like to know if this is a usual thing so I can just go ahead and delete my account and stop wasting my time.

it can happen but is not usual... also some surveys can take a day or so credit...this is a good site but does have its problems like every other site... it can also be the survey companies fault you didn't get credit, not FC.... stay and give it a try.... a lot of us have been here many years and wouldn't be if this site was bad or didn't pay

Some surveys take a while to credit  --even a day or two.  I have completed surveys that when I looked in my account the credit was not there and I got mad  , only to find the credit show up a day or two later

I also would not deactivate my account----just take a break from it.

This person is not going to deactivate the account.  This account was started today or yesterday.  Sounds like the same person that already has about 40 accounts.

LOL this has been my "break from it" I have ignored it for a few weeks now since the first time I was disqualified for a few of them that I spent 20-25 mins on, (basically to the end) and then got the DQ. But this one was a full completion and still dont even have the payment pending. And it was a big payment, so very disappointing. I am a member of many panels and product testing panels where I make hundreds at a time, so I am trying to thin out my accounts and get rid of the ones that screw me over and waste my time. Thanks for letting me know, I will wait a few days to see if the payment comes through before I attempt any more and go to delete my account. Thanks guys!

What kind of time do you guys spend on here and average payout?

I spend about 30 minutes a day on Fusion Cash and enjoy it. I cash out now about every three months for just over $30.00 and I am happy with my earnings but I used to cash out every two months. Earning on all my sites has become more difficult.

As others have suggested, You might eventually get paid for the survey that you completed. Sometimes you will get paid days later and sometimes weeks later. If you get paid weeks later, you will see money show up in your account and you will not even now why.

Surveys are a hit or a miss.  Usually you do get credited instantly for completed surveys on FC. Other times, you never get paid but that is not the norm.

Keep at it.

It is unfortunate that you did not get credit right away, but sometimes there is a delay. Recently I attempted a Tap Research survey where I was disqualified late, and I received no credit at the time. When I checked my account the following day, I saw that I had received a long disqualification bonus.

I also took a few surveys and was disqualified too but I would just keep trying and I know it took two days after I did one for my account to be credit. so don't give up

It happens to everyone. I just did a survey today and right before I went too submit it, my internet went down. I think everyday I do a survey and I don't get my credit. It is all part of the game I guess.

Some surveys can take up to 7 days to even be credited for. Feeling entitled to a quick payout for a survey isn't always going to happen. Its just fact of life on any of these survey sites
