I LOVE Mexican food. It's my favorite. Wet burritos and refried beans and rice are the whip-d-doo

I really love Mexican food too.  My husband has been "coaching" me for the last 30 years we've had some pretty good feasts over the years.  My hands down favorite is a really good green chili for smothering and eating by the bowl full.  There was a Denver place that sold some of the best (and hottest I ever had) and I miss it since I have moved east.

Hadn't read the last message before I posted my comment.  Caught the reference to tomatillos.  We grew them for the first time in our gardent this year and have been able to make some great green chili with these.  Have you any good receipes?
