i dont have any real  strategy i havent had a flu shot in years and still havent gotten the flu bug

I don't get flu shots.  I do take vit c and d.  I also have some Elderberry syrup handy.  I make some and freeze it if we don't need it at the time.  I also have zinc and C tabs handy.

I never get a flu shot, eat right and exercise. It’s the best medicine.

I do not do Flu shots.  The customer agent asked if I wanted a flu shot.  I told her no because flu shot aren't for everybody.  I told her I didn't do shots because they make me ill.  The stupid Pharmacist said that happened because the flu was already in my body.   I asked him was he really that stupid?  He didn't like my response.

my Doctor has been out of the high dose and that is what I take, still waiting for them to get more in.
