explore new websites now not crediting

The video offer "explore new websites now" isn't crediting. Any one else having the same problem?

Another thread it running on this topic, but, Yes, I completed an offers (2)
- today and it did not credit. .01,.01, 2cents Not sure if it's worth opening a ticket and bothering support, if they already know by our posts that it isn't working properly.

I have not had this video offer in a while but when I did get it before it credited.

it's not crediting for me as well but I had a feeling it wasn't the other day when it allowed me to do it over and over.... usually you can only do it once a day

I did it twice on Saturday and then realized it wasn't crediting.  I agree with rwhite-- that was a clue.......because usually it is one and done.

I tried it again today and it appeared to be running like it normally does.

After clicking the claim button the page that follows seems different with the below "thank you" in a lime green box.

                                                        Thank you for claiming

I don't know what that has to do with anything, but once you X off the page nothing engages the crediting function.

I too noticed that I did not receive credit for the explore videos the last couple of times I have tried the offer. I hope it is something that will be addressed soon. Videos provide a relatively simple way to earn credit.

Stopped trying as I never got paid for the three I did.  On another site, I DID get the credit, and on a still other site I did not. 

(Since I noticed it is now "Perks"  I tried it on Perk's and the slideshow did credit, but not on any other...)

Maybe a browser issue. Try doing opera or chrome. I do it with some vids that dont appear in opera. Like firefox, and was able to get certain vids to work. So i suggest the change browser or you can change realplayer or update video card drivers?

I have had the same problem.  I go through the entire video but get no credit.  This has happened for several days.  I hope it gets fixed soon.

I posted that I found this same "Explore" on Perks.com and was credited, but have had no luck on other sites.  So maybe Support should get involved with this problem. 

If you see "Radium" on other sites you can find this option for "Explore" and test it yourself, see if you're credited or not.  When it's on iRazoo it's .03 cents, and that is not very often, rarely shows up on the Radium tab.

I have not received credit for the last three days.  I go through all of the videos and when it comes to claim it just doesn't do anything.

I tried "Explore" again today and waited, and waited, and finally I went to the "Perks" site did the slideshow and got the credit and the " thank you for claiming",  then the points!  Someone should open a ticket on FC, but since I am getting the other site to work I won't bother them.

Didn't get credit for a couple times I did it so I quit trying. Wasting my time is not a good option for me

I decide to try Explore New Websites again,  I watched the whole thing then hit the claim button, I got "Thank you for Claiming" but I never got credited.    I guess I won't be trying that one again.
