What time would you wake up with no alarm?

I usually wake up between 5-7 without an alarm. And never after 8.

It really depends on the day but for the most part I would wake up between 8am and 8:30am. Sometimes I wake up earlier, sometimes I wake up later.

I will sleep 12 hours or more if not artificially woken up with an alarm clock, so I guess I don't have a very good sleep rhythm. Also, I have a problem with being much more wakeful at night than during the day. When I was a kid I used to look out my bedroom window all night because I couldn't sleep, and I don't think it's gotten any better since I've been an adult, LOL!

I'm not sure because lately I have been waking up at odd times because I have to go to the bathroom.  If I have to wake up at a certain time I will wake up several times to check the clock.

Me Too!.  But without a clock I wake up between 5 and 5:30.  It does not seem to matter what time I go to bed.

Typically I wake up about 5:30 without an alarm b/c I have dogs that want to get up and get fed! Occassionally I am lucky enough to sleep until 6:00!

My son wakes me up every morning between 7 and 8.

today I didnt wake up till 1pm! But I drove all day yesterday, had a funeral to go to at the other end of the state, driving wipes me out
