Taking nap.
« on: September 07, 2019, 04:28:29 pm »
I have read that taking a little time nap in day time is good. Is this true or not?

Just to let you know that this post is on the wrong board.  it belongs on the "everything but Fusion Cash" board. It also may not count toward your 30 posts.

Most times a quick, little nap is all you need to feel refreshed and rejuvenated.  A long nap just makes me groggy.

I'm not a nap taker. I feel like I'd end sleeping longer than I wanted to.

Sometimes it is I do nap once in awhile.  Like it when I dream that's fun. Not as tired as in once was good and bad.

I have fallen asleep in the afternoon for like 3 minutes.  When I wake up, I feel very energized.  If I take a two-hour nap, I feel lame the rest of the day.

I agree, you probably should've started this post in "Off Topic", but in answer to your question, I rarely take a nap, I just don't have the time! And usually I'm good until about 11 P.M. or even midnight. But yesterday, I was feeling extremely tired around 7 P.M. and also had a little tummy ache, so I laid down and rested, fell asleep for about 15 minutes and woke up feeling much better! I'm one of those that also cannot sleep long, or I feel so sluggish the rest of the day. And then I can't sleep at night too.

I know that there are places in the world that practise this thing, but if the whole world start sleeping during business hours, what would become of productivity....
