I am sort of confused why there would be an ongoing thread that is locked for discussion on a discussion board.... if there is no room for discourse or any opportunity to address what is posted because of "mean members" or "cancerous enemies" or whatever, then one is only posting to their own choir & living in their own echo chamber.  If people want to read Bible quotes, why not just read the Bible directly?  Why go on a PTC discussion board?

But live & let live, I guess.... if people don't want to read the thread they can just click "Ignore Member" -- situation solved.

I do agree that if a topic is locked & unlocked more than once, it should be permanently locked -- sounds like a lot of hassle & wasted energy.  Is this a discussion board, or someone's personal blog.

I wouldnt waste my time if it wasnt viewed.I dont care if it had 1000 views and 1 person got something out of it.It was worth it.Jesus taught a good lesson with the Prodigal son parable.It shows just how much 1 life can matter when a lost soul learns the truth.https://www.jw.org/en/publications/books/jesus/ministry-east-of-the-jordan/parable-prodigal-son/

FYI the bible says the road is broad and spacious to destruction....what that means the majority DONT support it.But some do.Hope that helps.Like u said u can ignore or not comment.Its done in good taste.Its the enemies who ruin it....they arent wise enuff to remain neutral.And are frustrated for other reasons.

As predicted from the locked bible topics first post,i said enemies would create their posts and attack me.FUSION CASH do u finally see this?The locked bible topic was created just for that purpose so they wouldnt come in and cause havoc,but i predicted a matter of time would cause them to create another.PLEASE FC,how can u NOT see this?

I'm sorry and I don't mean I start a war, but you must realize we all have different beliefs.  Some of us are Catholic, some are Protestant, some Jewish, some Muslim, some atheist and some Jehovah Witness.  Maybe your thoughts should not be posted here if you think it will cause problems.  I was always taught never argue religion or politics.  I realize you have a very strong belief and that's great!  But you also have to understand not everyone will have the same beliefs as you and don't want to keep hearing about yours.  Again, I hope this doesn't cause a posting war as I don't mean to start one and don't want to insult anyone's beliefs.

Nancy i am sure you mean well,but Jesus said if Gods word wasnt preached the stones would cry out.No disrespect to you if u dont support it.Its being done in over 240 lands in the world.Its obvious divinity is in charge.But God forces no one to obey or love him.

I do believe in God and go to church often.  I realize you are trying to spread the word, but my only option is it you know it's going to cause turmoil here, why do it?  Like I said my belief might be different than yours but who is to say who is right?

Sometimes my topics are locked and I've never knowingly locked them. Color me confused.

Some people cannot grasp that.  They have to shove their religion down everyone else's throat.  I know what the Bible says.  That is what I believe.  I do not care what someone else believes.  THEY will answer for it when they die.

Who is right?  The one who believes the Bible the way it is written.  Not picking and choosing certain verses and then making them in to what you want them to say.  The Bible is not hard to understand.

I wasnt looking for debate and that what you get with enemies.Thats why its locked.People who are interested in the bible NOT people who disagree or despise the JWs.

It took less then 2 weeks i predicted enemies would create their own topic to knock it down.They could have been neutral or ignored it.They didnt cos they despise the JWs and i go outta my way to defend them.I always did here.Then they congregate when they think they have others on their side.

Justice will prevail.Hope that helped.
