Hair Mask
« on: August 25, 2019, 04:06:31 pm »
Has any one used one of these and what purpose do they serve?  I have a one time sample that came with my shampoo when I bought it.  I am not sure I want to put it on my hair. lol

I have never tried a hair mask, but I do have one on hand, just haven't had a chance to use it.  I see on youtube all the time where different people have used them and liked them.

I have never heard of a hair mask.  I don't know what it is......a lotion/moisturizer/conditioner/oil/mud/paste?

What is it for?

I have heard of and saw hair mask products, but I don't buy them. I just use hair conditioner and let it sit on my hair longer than usual if I want to deep condition.

That's exactly what I do.  I wash my hair in the shower, rinse shampoo, put conditioner on, then take the shower.  When I'm done rinse off conditioner and honestly my hair is really soft.

Not sure I would use it either but it is suppose to deep hydrate and restore and strengthen weak, damaged, and brittle hair.  I think I will stick with my conditioner

I don't know.  That is why I asked.  It is obviously something you put on your hair. lol
Other than that I am not really sure.  I assume it is suppose to moisturize or something?  Who knows?

Well maybe I will use this and come back and let y'all know.  Probably like those deep conditioners and I do not see where they make too big of a difference.

SMH

WHY would you say you are sure you would not try it if you have never heard of it and do not even know what it is?  Basically it is just like conditioner.  You put it on your hair and leave it for a bit then wash it out.
