PTC Login Update

I had posted previously about being asked to log in again while completing the PTC. I had submitted a support ticket, and I received a response suggesting I use a different browser. I have been using Google Chrome since then, and I have experienced no more issues.

I'm glad your issue was resolved.  I use Chrome but I used to use Edge, but Chrome just seemed faster so now I use it all the time.  (plus Edge isn't compatible with a lot of the games I play on Pogo)

I, too, use Google Chrome 99% of the time, but have experienced some minor issues with it. But have not had trouble logging in to FC, but still having some issues with completing the PTC, and also, like just a few moments ago, I was trying to post in the forum and had to click the post button twice to get it to go through. But I've tried other browsers, (IE and Avast) and still having some issues, so I don't know where the problem lies exactly. I sent in a help ticket but have not received a reply yet. Oh, and I play on Pogo too!

Mine is automatically remembered by my Avast but I also have all my log-ins written down on index cards, just in case! I do not trust my memory haha

Since I started making money online (YEARS AGO) I have been using Chrome. Whenever there's an issue, I suggest that you clean your cache and browsing history. In fact, I do it once a week to keep everything running smoothly.
