TAP is now ok

TAP has gone back to its old ways. The home page is back to the longer version and it pays for disqualifications.

I also do TAP on another site and last I checked, there is still a problem and TAP continues to not pay for disqualifications or partials.

I sent an email to support earlier.

I hate it when the survey hangs up when you're almost finished. I was doin the TV program one this morning and was 3 questions away from completing it when it froze, asked me to do a resubmission, and when I did, it went back to a question near the beginning, then when I answered it, it cut me off. That should have been worth at least 5 cents (completed survey paid 14 cents).

Oh no, I'm sorry about that.  I know how that feels.  I've had that happen to me a few times.  Other than sending a report to the admin. ( having the research number is very helpful ), I don't know if there is anything you can do but try the next one.

In my experiences where I hit that type of a road block, right away I would move to the next survey and at the very least I would get a few dq pennies.

That is not necessarily true for everyone... this morning TAP was still not paying for DQ's until I was able to qualify and complete one.

I qualified for a tap survey, then a bit paid for disqualification.

TAP is not paying DQ's for me.  I hope it comes back for all of us soon.

I got a reply back from TAP support and there was a problem on their end. They corrected it.  I believe I heard back yesterday or Saturday. TAP is working good for me on FC and great for me on my other site.

Yes, TAP is much better now. I am getting credit for surveys as well as DQ's.

Tap is still telling me that I'm behind a proxy and they won't let me do surveys..I'm not behind a proxy and have tried it on other devices and get the same result so am thinking they somehow blocked the isp in the area with their latest update

Yes, TAP is back to their generosity, thank you., and they even get better.
