I cleaned cache, etc but it didn't help. Sent in a ticket to them and waiting for a response

Considering my past experience with Tap Research, I would put all possible effort toward solving that problem at any cost. They are the absolute best opportunity on here for me.

I've never had that happen to me with Tap, any other survey companies or offers.  I hope you get it worked out soon.  Let us know what happens and what had to be done to correct the issue. 

Hopefully I never have that happen to me but I'd like to know how to get out of it if it does.

Sawman, I have no vpn and it was working before I went to bed... didn't turn comp off or anything... if I had a vpn I would know what the problem is and how to disable it

I have not had any issues with Tap Research lately. I have actually been doing pretty well with them today. If it was working before, and you have made no changes, maybe just try again later. Nonetheless, I hope your support ticket is answered quickly and that the issue gets resolved.

I have been waiting for almost 3 months on the last support ticket I submitted.  No, I have never seen that.  It sounds like maybe you are behind a firewall that is blocking your IP or identity.

countrygirl12, I'd accept that but I'm not sure where the firewall came from as I didn't have it when I went to bed and had a proxy when I tried doing tapresearch..also I'm only having trouble with tap, no other sites so I'm thinking there is a problem as they recently updated according to the e-mail I got..I'm waiting for a response to my second e-mail that I sent Fri...probably will get a response next week

This may not be your problem, but I have to close the window and reopen a "New Window" periodically or the ISP shows as invalid.  ( if you keep the window open overnight for example)   Try closing the one your using and reopen it.

I'm not getting that message but I have noticed a change in TapResearch.  They only give you credit now if you qualify for the survey.  I wish they would go back to the old way and give you some credit even if you don't qualify.

Actually, you do get partial credit after you complete one survey.  I am not sure how many you get partial credit for before getting  the dq message and no credit.  I have been lucky to qualify for at least one per day, so I am able to get partial credit for others.   I could be wrong and itt would be so nice if the "rules" were made clear, but since they aren't, this is my best guess!

No, I have not had that happen to me and I hope that I do not. Tap is my favorite site to take Survey's on. I hope that you get your issue resolved. So sorry to hear that.
