Heat Wave this weekend

We've been in a heat wave all this week.  Heat index is 106° today.  Rains are supposed to come in tomorrow.  I sure hope so!

Hot here and we are going to have thunder storms everyday

This week is supposed to be 115 at least. I have to go outside several times per day to help manage my garden, water and move shades around, otherwise it will get fried. But I'm very grateful to have a house with a/c to go back into.

We spent this past weekend in southern Georgia and Alabama.  The heat index was outrageous.  Going outdoors felt like walking into a giant oven.  There was no way to sit in a car without the AC running.  I feel so sorry for the people who have to work in this heat.  Hopefully there bodies have adjusted to their current circumstances. I don't like to be cold, either, but at least you can put on more layers.

Yes thanks I live in central Florida and we have been having a heat wave for weeks now typical Florida summer weather hot as hades and then thunder storms which steam things up like a sauna OH WELL once a Florida girl always a Florida girl for me anyway
