Heat Wave this weekend

The heat is nothing to play around with. I wish it wasn't so hot because I avoid doing things in the afternoon because of the heat. I like to take walks, but I can't right now because of the heat. Can't wait until fall for things to cool down some.

We went to Baltimore for this past weekend, and doing touristy things in the hot sun was not inviting.  The sun was beating down and pretty hard to take.

I live in Texas and it's going to be HOT this weekend....temperatures reaching a high of 102-103 and that does include the heat index.

I just read there is a heat advisory in our area (central florida) until 5pm and then likely a thunder storm - no surprise lol it is par for the course.

We have had so many triple digits here in  New Mexico  we are one of the hottest in the state.  in fact most of  us have lost  count of the days we have had in the  low to mid  100's. Even when it  does get t  90 it will still be darn hot.   It is not even  cooling down at  night . it will be  in the 70's where the normal is about 59-65.  Makes it hard to sleep when you are used to it be a little bit cooler and I hate using the AC at night.  Would rather use a  window  fan.

I need to mow.  But it is just too hot to be out there doing something like mowing.  So the grass can grow.  But since it has not rained in 3 weeks I don't guess it is going to grow too much. haha

The humidity is the problem here.  The other day every place I went it felt that the a.c. weren't working.  Step outside and my glasses fog up.  It was fun.
