The more I think that I am learning about gardening, the more I realize I should just be learning more about wild edibles. It could save you money. I am fascinated by the plants that resemble each other. You really have to have a good eye to be able to tell the difference in these plants. Since I don't get out to forage I have brought some of these plants to my gardens. The safe ones like elderberries, asparagus, some mushrooms. I am really trying to learn the greens like pigweed. Does any one forage for some of their dinners? I am so tired of the traditional food, and the lack of selection the stores around here carry.
