Hello, I need to submit a manual request and I use hotmail. How are the headers supposed to look like? I'm having some trouble with the settings. Please advise, thank you.

I had some problems with that too, due to the fact that MSN changed to Windows Live Hotmail Full version and of course the options on the webpage changed as well. Here's what I did.. maybe it can help you: click on inbox.. then right click on the email that you want to see the header for.. a drop down menu should appear with options reply, reply all, forward, etc. the last option says View Source. Click on that and a new window will open with the info you have to copy and past for your request.
