How often do you eat Instant Ramen ?

I have always liked it, but I haven't had it in many years. It is too salty and my husband has to watch his salt intake, so we never buy it.

When I was a kid I ate it a lot. Then I went many, many years hating it until I got pregnant last year and I started craving it. Now I still do every once in a while.

I haven't had it very much. I love that it's cheap, and it tastes okay, but I can't bring myself to eat it often knowing it's like 300% of my sodium for the day lol

I used to eat so much before but my doctor told me not to to it because it makes my blood pressure high and too much salt for me.

I eat it every once in a while when I have a taste for it or when I don't know what I want to eat at the moment but not like I use too. It has too much sodium in it.

When we are broke we usually cook it up. Sadly my 4 year old enjoys it sometimes more than a good home cooked meal!
