I'm fine with a woman having bodily autonomy. I won't argue about the "but it's not your body" thing. Agree to disagree.
Even the states that have recently introduced the heartbeat bill are being told by local prosecutors that they won't do anything due to Roe v. Wade - so essentially their bill did nothing due to the constitution.
For myself, I probably wouldn't get an abortion unless it was medically necessary. But I'm not going to let my PERSONAL decisions effect someone else and their decisions. We need proper sex education in the US, it's been proven to lower abortion rates. Instead, we take away sex education and expect women to "close their legs", even though it takes two to create a baby. Preventative care is necessary to avoid abortions (obviously with the exception of medical issues and rape) - I wish it were less taboo to talk about.
