Have you done it?  It's supposedly healthier than white flour.

I don’t doubt that. That type of flour would have to come from a whole grain. I should become a better cook if that will save me money on groceries.

It makes sense that this would be healthier than white flour (since practically anything is). I can't remember using it so I have no idea how it changes the taste or price at the store. I might be on the lookout for it and try it now. Thanks for the tip.

Too me it  seems to have a little denser feel. White bread is out. I make  whole wheat, and sometimes I do  add a little  oat flour to it.  But I love oat bread from the bakery. It is easier to make. Right.
