Figure Eight Tasks

I have tried several times to complete tasks on Figure Eight.  Every time I click on a task it tells me that I don't have permission to complete this task.  Has anyone else had this problem?

I haven't experienced that before. Have you successfully sign up and activated the account?

Hmmmmm... no I have not gotten that message before. I take it you signed in as it won't let you do any tasks without doing that. If you can, get to a page where you send them a help ticket. I think it can be done on the tasks page, but I'm not sure. I'll go check

OK at the top right of the 1st task page is a "help" button, then you can go to support where you have to sign in. Unfortunately, I couldn't get signed in because my auto-fill kept putting in the wrong thing haha!! Hopefully you'll have better luck!

Thanks for all the helpful suggestions.  I have sent them a support ticket.  Just waiting to hear from them.

A lot of tasks require earning your way to a higher level.

Personally, I'm not very happy with tasks since Figure 8 took over from Crowdflower. I'm coming across many tasks that are broken; no submit button, missing links or photos, several let you do the quiz mode (which you don't get paid for), then there are no more available. I've sent help tickets on a bunch and all I've gotten so far is an automated response. They don't fix them or take them off. GRRRRR, it's really getting old.

Maybe you're trying to do tasks that are at a higher level.  Try some of the level 1 tasks.

It has been so long since I completed a Figure Eight (formerly Crowdflower) task. In my opinion, since the conversion from Crowdflower to Figure Eight, the site just hasn't been the same. In any event, I do run into the same issue. I attempted to contact their customer service representatives several times about it (and even voiced my concerns on their Facebook page), but had little luck. So I left it alone.

I find working with task has become too difficult to complete. It used to be easier for me before they went to Crowdflower.  Too confusing and time consuming for me.

When will members of this website wake up and realize 95 percent of these offers, surveys, and tasks are fraud by deception. They deceive you with an opportunity to earn pennies then they steal them its called credit high jacking for offers,tasks,and surveys you attempt or actually complete. That is the exact reason why the scam cashcrate closed up it was a complete pyramid scam they all are! People are to stupid to accept it!

If what you say is true, please don't ever wake me up. I enjoy the pennies they don't steal from me too much and have no desire to give them back.

It's been reported by the news media and there were news reporters investigating a few PTCS that's where they got the word credit high jacking these websites are considered  a joke that is what cashcrate was along with almost every offer and survey website on it. I  was a member of cashcrate as soon as they had 4 good earning offers available and members started earning dollars cashcrate quickly removed them. Fusioncash is exactly the same!
