It isn't me.  I obey the law and do what is right.  "I" cannot stop anything.  Yes, if I personally could make the laws it would stop. But you have to cater to the pansy snowflakes.

I don't think it's anything "new" - I think with the growth of technology, you're just able to hear about it more.

I will disagree that video games have caused violence, as there have been studies that have said otherwise. Correlation is not causation. Just because ice cream sales increase when murders increase, doesn't mean the ice cream consumption is the cause of murder. I guess that might just be the criminologist in me

I see horrible things on the news that pops up on my phone which I would prefer didn't happen because it is distressing.  I think if we knew the extent of it all at one time it would be more than we could bear.

You don't kill people eating ice cream.  You do kill people in video games. Constantly.

You do not have to allow news to pop up on your phone. YOU sign up for those things.  I disabled all of that a few months ago because I got tired of seeing it.

Things are def worse.  I don't get how people can not see that.  When I was a kid you did not have the mass shootings.  You did not have to worry about some physco coming in to the school or your church and blowing the crap out of every body they see.  That did not happen.

Unfortunately, there is no escaping bad news unless we stop watching TV. We just have to be alert stay safe, and pray.

I blame parents and society.  People have to have something more than a game to screw them up enough to kill.
