A Very Bad Survey Experience.
« on: May 04, 2019, 07:36:17 pm »
I really got fooled once again.

First, this was not Fusion Cash. it was a different site but it was a Peanut Labs survey. it was a JD Powers survey about my utility company. I have done a lot of these and assume other members have also. I had clicked on Peanut Labs which brought me to J D Powers

It was about 20 minutes long and not bad. Some of these types of surveys have been very long and monotonous but this one was not.

I completed it and got the submit. I did so and was really shocked when I got a message saying "sorry, you do not qualify" I got one penny for my time and trouble. I also got the question about what you thought about the survey with a happy face or sad face.  I wish that I had clicked on the sad face but I did not. I do not remember if I clicked on the happy face.

I was so shocked by this happening that I can not remember what I did.

I have never had anything like this happen with a Peanuts Lab survey.

Wow, that IS annoying,  I did one on FC -- a Tap survey -- and the same thing happened.  I got all the way through and when I expected to see "congratulations", I got "sorry, this survey disqualified you".   I could not figure out what I did either, and my only option was "find another survey".  GRRRR

If I got that one I would consider it a success, since my personal goal is to get disqualified 85 times a day

That has happened to me more than once. I call it cheating and it not right to have the ability to complete a survey only to get that message after spending a long period of time to get it. The other cheat way is when they allow you to do a long survey and at the end, you get the "Sorry, but our quota has been met" and it's a site that doesn't pay any consolation penny.  >:(

This happens sometimes on FC. I will be working on a survey that is lengthy and think I have qualified and will earn what the survey is worth and bam, nope, I get 1c. I guess it's better than nothing.

This happens all the time.  The power company I don't even bother with. MINE is not listed any way.

I have done many surveys  for JD Powers however never through Peanut Labs. I do them through Live Sample on another site and have always been paid. I can however relate to being fooled about spending my good time on surveys and then not getting paid for my answers. You have every right to feel the way you do!

I feel your pain.  I was an hour into a $1.10 (10 minute survey, lol) from Ipos about Whole Foods and the page crashed.  So not even 1 cent for DQ'd.   This could be the fault of my internet provider, ATT.    Att has been very bad at crashing on me lately, several times a day I lose internet, sometimes at the end of a long survey or even making a post in the forum.  I may go on a temporary Survey Strike!

Ya this is like a everyday experience for me because I DQ on alot of surveys.  I am used to it though.  That's why I don't get upset and then its glorious when a $1 or more survey pops its more rewarding.

I had a similar situation not long ago and was very shocked. Most of the time the JD power surveys are good for me

I'm really sorry that happened to you. I don't really use Peanut Labs anymore. I didn't have much luck with them.

I almost never ever get a survey that pays $1.00.  Most of the ones that I qualify for pay much less so when I spend 20 minutes taking a survey only to be told that I did not qualify after submitting, it hurts. Time is money and I do not make very much to begin with.
