I can't imagine spending that kind of money on clothing either.  Even high end jewelry for that matter.  Really what's the point.  I was thinking people with that kind of money aren't going to take time to do a survey for a few cents.  Then as I was typing my response I glanced up and someone else said the same thing.

Mostly you are paying for the name.  I know for a fact that the white tube socks sold at Walmart and the high end department stores are made in the exact same location exactly the same way.  They are all in a big box and some one goes down the line slapping labels on the boxes as to where they are shipped.  They were all made together. 

I am not paying $10,000 for anything other than a house or a car as far as physical items.

What does this even mean?  The point is WHY would you ask a teenager if they had spent over $11,000 on clothes in the past year.  I doubt any person other than celebrities who have one outfit that costs several thousand because of the name on the label would have spent that much.

If somebody is spending $3400+ on clothing, I doubt they'd be on here trying to make some extra money.

I don't think my clothing would even add up to $500 in a year, let alone three grand...

    Some rich people do. And they do not shop at Walmart, Kmart, Kolh's, Sears and all those low price
    department stores. They shop at high price specialty department stores. Haute couture is what they wear.
    Famous high quality brand names only! By the way, some are high fashion models.

I'm pretty sure I spend less than $500 in a single year on clothing, if I even get close to that. I'm a clearance shopper. It looks just as good even if it isn't the quote unquote latest style. So why spend so much extra money on what is considered fashionable?

In a way yes but in a way no.  It is like the ones that are say conducted by Burger King and when you say you will not shop there they kick you out and then their survey concludes that 80% of people prefer Burger King. NO, you kicked everyone out of the survey who said they would not eat at your restaurant.  Instead of kicking people out you need to ask WHY would you not eat there.

There are 2 restaurants in my home town that I do not eat at.  ONE I have not ate at in about 8 years.  If corporate is doing a survey instead of kicking me out when I say I would not eat there - ASK me WHY I would not eat there.  I am sure they would have wanted the details when the incident that lead to that decision was made.

I think it is absurd when a teenager is asked about high end fashion and how much they have spent and they choices start at $3400 or below and to up to $11,000 or above.  And when you call them to the computer and they answer they have spent less that $3400 on high end fashion clothes you get kicked out.

WHO SPENDS OVER $11,000 IN ONE YEAR on clothing?  Heck, I would ask who spends $3400 a year on clothes? SMH

I got a good laugh from your post because I agree with you. The people that can spend that amount of money on clothes are the same people that DO NOT DO THIS SITE!!!!!!!
