  the ssa steals money from your checks every week, but if you get sick, your benefits suddenly disappear........into their pockets. thats how the senators get to take their cushy plane rides, the money that you get stolen from you every time you get paid. i got sick with heart problems, and it took the state of mississippi 2 and a half years to get me a court date.  and i ended up with nothing even tho i had open heart surgery and later two stents put in my heart.

A lawyer will not do any good.  Social Security doesn't steal money from you check.  You pay in to it.  The OP doesn't make sense.  You should not be paying into SS still if you are drawing SS.

If you are on medicare I don't know why they would not pay because it pays for everything else.  I also know unless it is an emergency and you are on the table dying they won't do open heart surgery if you do not have some type of insurance.

i worked for over 30 years.  they put me on ssi. they pay me what they want to pay me . i have my husbands insurance and what they did was claim that i wasnt disabled until dec, of 2016. guess what? i had my open heart  surgery in january of 2015.  so that meant medicaid didnt pay a penny of that bill. it left me owing 6000.00 in debt. then they tell me they overpaid me. the state of mississippi is the most crookedest state in the united states. BUT!!!!!!  if you say your back hurts and cant work, they throw all kinds of money at you.
