Update:

FC has responded to my support ticket!

They said I can continue to use this account, but are removing the $5 sign up bonus since I received it once before already.
I had already cashed out, at $31, so as to leave room for the $5 to be revoked (I knew it would happen), so I should still get $26.

I am very happy to finally have this resolved and not have to worry about it anymore and am pleased that I can keep using this account!

I was also inactive for the last 6 years and didn't even login at for several years in a row. I am glad to be back now with the opportunity to earn some extra money. My earnings figures aren't at all impressive since I don't usually qualify for a lot of surveys, but I enjoy getting the chance to put my browsing time to work for me earning a few cents a day and cashing out for free. I wish I could break oldbuddy's record, but that will never happen LOL. My favorite part of fusion cash was posting in the forums and reading others comments so I'm glad to be back in that fun.

I'm sorry I didn't ask you this sooner. I was away and unable to comment earlier. Oldbuddy why are you saying that you wouldn't break the record now if you started over? What has happened on fusion cash or with you that would prevent you from being that successful? I hope you don't mind me asking. Also may I ask how you were able to set your record? Was it from a lot of referrals and high paying surveys?

Did you cancel your first account? I am of the impression that you can only open one account in a lifetime and if you cancel your membership, you can never open another account.

I will be interested in your observations about Fusion Cash from when you were active 6 years ago and the present.

smh How are they going to know if you open a second account? There is no way for them to even know that.  As long as both are not active at the same time.  There are a couple of people on here right now that were previously banned from the site and have made a new account.  So obviously it is possible.

As far as only having one account in your life time that is coming from another poster on here and she is incorrect.

Welcome back to FC, I hope the admins understand your situation and allow you to go forward, you are being very upfront about it and have offered several solutions.  My guess is that the rule regarding only being allowed 1 account per person is in place to prevent abuse of the program by habitual  "quitters" who re-join to get the $5 bonus.  Since that does not apply to you and you understand that the bonus may be revoked, I think they should make an exception.  My 2 cents, for what its worth.    Good luck to you -- let us know how things work out.

The having ONE account is so people do not open multiple accounts referring themselves.  Several people have done this lately and then posted they done it in the forums.
