Don't forget that if you have a case of diarrhea  , you can stop it in its tracks with diluted Coke (any dark soda will do). Half Coke and half water does the trick. Try it next time you're in dire straits.

    But...does it really work? Some sodas have so many dangerous chemicals
    that I think it could make your upset digestive system even worse. So, other
    alternatives may work better.

i have never heard of that before. wonder why it works. i rarely drink soda so not sure if iwill have an occasion to try it .

For me something like 7-Up,Sprite,Ginger ale helps out more then coke that's just me though.

Those are excellent for an upset stomach but I'm specifically referencing diarrhea.

Do the clear sodas help you with diarrhea?
