Any news on Tap?

I know there are several threads about Tap Research not crediting. I was wondering if anyone has heard any useful information from them as to why this is happening again and when it should be working properly?

I keep trying but I have not been credited for anything yet.  I sure hope ti will be fixed.

No credit for me either. PLUS, Top Coupons didn't credit yesterday. Frustrating. Why isn't anyone doing anything about it?

The last few times I have sent in a support ticket it has taken over a month for a response - and that wasn't for anything that affected EVERYONE. There just aren't enough people actually working for FC, I'd guess.

I have been wandering about the same thing, but I haven’t heard any official news about it. I have not received credit in a while, not even when I am able to complete a Tap Research survey in its entirety.

Same here - this was yesterday - and nothing even for a fully completed one.

Same here.  I don't send very many support tickets at all.  A couple of months ago I did send one when Tap Research was not crediting then.  The Fusion Cash support team responded quickly to my ticket and the problem was handled. I, too, think it's overload for admin. I'm very confident that they are looking into the matter.
