Tap Research - Not Crediting

Well, I do TAP Research on another site as well as Fusion Cash. yesterday, I did a really long TAP survey on the other site and got the submit. When I tried to submit, there was a glitch and then I got an error message.  No credit.

I did open a support ticket with the other site and got a "we are sorry but ...."

Today, I did some TAP on the other site and then cashed out for $3 to PayPal.

Later, I went back to TAP and I am getting the following message: Sorry, it looks like you are not located near your postal code.

I have sent a support ticket to TAP directly about this.

Whaaaaaat??!! That's just crazy. They really have gone down the tubes, I can't even get one to load anymore, they keep saying "it looks like you are behind an anonymous proxy". It says that on other sites I try them on too. So I've pretty much given up on them. It's such a bummer cuz I really enjoyed trying them and the DQ bonuses.

I took a survey with Tap-research today according to them I was credited but no credit was made in my account!
I think there is a problem on Fusion Cash end because this is not happening on another site I'm a member of..

That's exactly it.  Tap is saying that we have been credited but it is not showing up in our accounts.  The same thing happened about 2 months ago.  Whatever the issue/bug was it was corrected.  Now the same thing is going on.

I think you're right, I think the problem is on the FC end.

As of Wednesday, TAP research is still not crediting.

I did a couple & wasn't credited, & then moved on.

I messaged Tap Research support again, and basically got the same response. They say I'm using a proxy or VPN which they don't allow but I'm not. So all she said was I need to use a different "service", which I guess means a different internet. Well that ain't happening, I will just forget about it. I asked them to please let me know what to do to fix it, but she didn't really address that any further than change my internet. Ugh... I haven't got a response back from FC from a help ticket I sent them a month or so ago.
