I have never received my requested check and still no answer to my support ticket.

Put in a support ticket every day or every other day until you get a answer.  Support has been very slow getting back to people.  Also set up a Paypal account or direct deposit into your bank account.  This is much safer

When was your check request made?  Are you still within the waiting period for it to be processed or was this a cash out from more than a month ago? 

I'm not saying this is what happened because I don't know all the details but we have to keep track of when our cash out requests are made then mark a calendar at the approximate date of delivery.

If it's been longer than 2 months or so, refresh the support ticket. 

I hope you get good results soon.

It says my check was dispatched on Jan. 17th.  My support ticket is 5 days old.

Yes, you should have received the check by now. Support tickets are now sometimes or often taking more than a week. I, also, recommend PayPal or Direct Deposit for the future.

There is nothing more that you can do but wait for Fusion Cash to respond. I would give it another few days and then perhaps open a second ticket. It might be that FC is researching your situation.

Other members have reported some frustration when having a problem with payment but all problems eventually seem to be resolved and the member does get paid.
