What is for lunch today? I am having ramen noodles. I am not in the mood to get my granny apple.

I think I'm going to have a bag of cheddar popcorners with tuna and pickles in it.  :glasses-nerdy:

Frozen fettuccine alfredo. Not really looking forward to it, but I'm on a budget and I can usually find the frozen meals on sale for $2.

I just got back from the most magnificent funeral.  The organist at our church died, and he had time to plan the whole thing exactly how he wanted it, down to who did what, and all the music to have.  Our Sunday school class was responsible for lunch, and we all took covered dishes. We signed up for a vegetable, salad, or dessert.  Ham and chicken was bought, also rolls.  So my lunch consisted of a huge variety of food, and everything I put in my mouth was delicious!  My dish was black-eyed peas.

I love heart attack on a plate. Seriously love fettuccine alfredo. Never make or buy it, though. Hubs doesn't like noodles or cheesy sauces.  One restaurant in town used to make it and it was pretty cheap and delicious. Enough for 3 meals for me but they don't have it on their menu anymore. :(

Hubby went to McDonald's and bought chicken sandwiches. They were cheap. $1 each.  I really, really want to go to Long John's for Taco Tuesday, but that suggestion goes over his head.

All I had was a fresh pear and a granola bar, followed by a 3 mile run. Trying to lose some poundage.

Today was my healthy Day. I had three hard boiled eggs and half a grapefruit for breakfast, biked for thirty two minutes, showered, had a large coffee (love my Deathwish) and a protein shake on the way to work, two hour meeting, yogurt with fruit and granola, drove back home to work, Turkey, avocado, tomato onion sandwich on whole wheat bread, four hours of work broken up with another protein shake, walked the dogs for thirty minutes and worked another three hours, cottage cheese/tomato/onion before my weight work out and I am aiming to have salmon/asparagus/roast potatoes for dinner before working for six hours at my second job. I drank pretty close to a gallon of water today and am still aiming to finish another thirty two ounces off before calling it a night.
