Magnesium does help a little! I used to get horrible RLS that would keep me up at night. I took magnesium and potassium supplements and it helped take the edge off.

I have seen commercials for Theraworx.  No idea if it actually works.  If I get a cramp in my thigh, very painful BTW, I have trouble getting rid of it.  I've had to wake my husband up and have him get a warm hot towel to get rid of them.

I have restless leg syndrome, but regular exercise like yoga, pilates, strength-training, cardio can help. I also take magnesium and potassium supplements and my leg pain has decreased, thanks to that.
