I am almost 76, There are a few things I would change if I were to be  younger again and that would be spending more time  with my loved ones,  I tried to spend as  much time as I could but l would loved to have  way more time . and yes  getting old sucks. I never found the  golden years. Guess I just blew by them. But  even at my age I do so enjoy working at the ministry and will continue until I can no longer do it. Maybe that is what is keeping me young.

We all need to make memories while we are young so that we can reflect back on them when we are older.

Getting older means, to me, being able to give more as I release my selfish, needy younger days. Gone are my dating and partying years replaced with a strong work ethic and two of the best children in the world. They are my outlet and, as I have been for the first twenty to twenty one years of their lives, will be there for them till the day I die. I will continue to work crazy amounts of hours so that their lives will be easier. I will provide for their college, marriage and first home. I continue to be there for financial instruction and softly try to keep them from making the same mistakes that I made at their age. I have better health than many people that are one third my age and hope to maintain a healthy and positive role model for my children.

As I am getting older, I realize how much I miss my younger years. I just enjoyed life more, I had less stress, I was healthier, no chronic pain, other than migraines and very active.

There are some changes that I am trying to make to  make things a little better for myself.

Hello! :D :)

Yes, I think we all miss our younger carefree days. Where life was simpler and bills were unheard of. Our bodies were at their peak performances and we were rarely ever tired. Nonetheless, we each have to age just try your very best. :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:  :rose:

I'm 41 now, but I often daydream about me being in my 20s, what I did and what I have learned. I don't feel any different but my lifestyle have changed, don't go out dancing with the girlfriends anymore. Just mostly paying bills, watching lifetime, and online shopping or doing surveys. I try not to think about how old I'm getting just the fact that I feel good. When I was younger I was so reckless, took chances on things, wow. But now I'm much wiser.

Yeah I am 50, I miss my HS years but I would not wish to go back to those years, if I do I would miss my kids and grandkids and miss all the experience I have gained.

Getting older is hard because of the ache and pain of your body, but I have less stress and I don't worry about a lot of things when I was younger.  I raise two successful children and I have five grandchildren that I spoil.  Life is good!  Pray to live to get much more older.  To God be the Glory!

Getting older does bring us wrinkles, aches and pains and sometimes more medical bills. However, we can't change the fact we are getting older. I just try to enjoy time with my family and I especially love having grandchildren.

Well I'll be 57 this year, I'm already disabled,so having aches and pains is nothing new.

I do find that I get more stressed about certain things like safety now that I am older. I think it is because the older you get, the more things you see happen, so you try to be extra careful. I used to be very nieve.

Being younger was nice and I did have fun, but I don't miss my younger days.  I feel right now is the best time of my life. Now, just being able to get up when I want and do whatever I would like, not being concerned about going to work is wonderful.  It makes me feel so free.   :) :) :) :)
