Oh my!  I feel so bad for you.  Knock wood I can eat all dairy products with no problems.  I am happy for you though in that they have a supplement you can take!

I have very few problems with dairy products.  I do love it and have to watch to not eat to much of it.

Thank goodness dairy doesn't bother me.  I rely on it in my coffee creamer, cereal baked goods, ice-cream...a drink with a meal.  Oh and dunking oreo's and chocolate chip cookies.  As a child I had severe asthma.  Our family Dr. told my mother that I was "allergic" to milk and that was causing the extreme blisters all over my body. Boy was he wrong.

Yes I tolerate dairy products fine, but I cant drink whole milk it hurts my stomach...so I drink 1% milk or 2%. And sometimes I may drink Almond milk or lactaid milk also. Cheese does good for me too, I like the white sharp cheddar cheese, and I tolerate ice cream ok as well.

I have seen that dairy is bad for sinusitis  stuffed nose. So I have it up and then started again I don't see a difference. Lemon water helps to clear my sinuses.  Love chocolate milk.

I love dairy products.  I constantly drink milk but I use the Soy milk.  It's free of lactate so I don't need to worry.

I'm hit and miss.  Sometimes it affects me, and sometimes it doesn't.

I tolerate dairy products well for the most part, but I try to cut down on cheese. I really like cheese, but it is fatten and has high cholesterol.

Love chocolate ice cream.  I have to watch my sugar level so I don't eat it often but every time my birthday rolls around you can find me at the Sweet Frog!
