People have destination weddings because they are partly hoping not a lot of people will go anyway.

Then have a small wedding and invite only or go to the court house and get married.  I think she is fine with whomever showing up as long as they adhere to her rules. :D

Well this is true.  Maybe she is confused about the wedding and the honeymoon.  You fiends and family do not go on the honeymoon with you. lol
