Still no Tap or Peanut Credits

Im still not receiving any credit for Tap or Peanut Labs.  Not sure why.  Paid to click dosnt work on my phone,  so I cant use it.  FC only been having a handful of surveys daily on my end.  Cant earn more than 5¢ a day. 
The paid emails that have the question/ offer dosnt aeem to go well on my end eithee!
All I can do is jump on here a bunch of times a day to check for any available surveys.
Anyone else having this issue!?

I am now receiving credit for Peanut Lab but no surveys available for Tap!  Just received a 35¢ credit for completing a PL survey,!

Fusion Cash is not mobile friendly. You can only do FC on a computer and it has to be a home computer.

Well I can do the FC ones and get credit.  Its the Tap & Peanut thats not giving me credit...

I think you need to submit a support ticket.  The majority of us are getting credit and received our back credit, so there must be something on your end.

I am not sure if you can do FC on a mobile, I am getting my Tap credits fine, and even got back the ones that were not paying.  Try cleaning your browser and put a support ticket

I did several tap the other day and got credit right away!  You may want to do a support ticket.

I have been getting credit for Tap. I don't believe you can do many offers on a mobile tho

I'm still not receiving any Tap credits as well, I was hoping I would be like some of the lucky ones and get back credit but nothing yet.  Guess I  will have to do a support ticket.

Fusion Cash is not mobile friendly. You can only do FC on a computer and it has to be a home computer.

I would suspect the big problem with phones is that it uses data.  Fusion Cash won't let you take your laptop with you and access from a different physical location.   A while back I tried to do Tap and I got a message "we see you are in a different location please try again when you are home".  Well I was sitting in the same exact spot on the same exact computer I always use.  All I can figure is that Charter was showing something different.  I have been to sites that said "a visitor from ...."  and there are two that I have seen from charter (and neither is closer than 30 miles)

Update: 1/6/19
Just completed a Peanut Lab survey & received 35¢,  and clicked on a bunch and only received a 1¢ credit for only a few of them. Then I popped on Tap & nothing is available at the moment.

For the time being, the glitches have been corrected.  I got all of my credits added to my account balance from the recent Tap Research issue. 

Fusion Cash has responded very nicely regarding the glitch.

During the time that Tap was acting up, my go to offer was Peanut Surveys.  They have been great for me.

Now I should try to do both at the same time to see if I can get everything to credit at once.  LOL

I just might make a small fortune at that rate.

Im now getting credit for some of the Peanut Lab Surveys,  but still not from Tap!

Use the Chrome browser. i was having issues with getting Tap, when i switched to Chrome browser working good now.

I am going to try the rest of the Surveys. i only do Tap all the time.

No problems with Tap but still unable to access the rest of the surveys that come in my que using my laptops.  Doing what I can on my IPAD but not always compatible with the surveys
