Crazy to think that this has happened again...

It is not a big deal. It has happened over and over and happened several times with the last president.  The hilarious thing is this big shut down is during a time when they were all going to be off any way.  Somebody was whining on Twitter about how the American people are awful because they don't care about the people who are out of pay for a few days.

WELL NO, I DON"T CARE.  There are tons of people out of work right now.  I know several who were laid off at the first of Dec.  The government doesn't care about them!  The people in these government jobs make more in one month that most average people make in a year.  Missing a pay check for one week is not a big deal.

It is funny that the ones who are fighting and refuse to compromise are not part of who is effected.

This country is doomed.  Nobody even listens to what is being said.  They listen to the political party you stand with.  And if you are on opposite sides then you are wrong, shut up, end of conversation.  You are shut down and people do not want to even listen to what you are saying.

Most of those that are  off right now would be anyway, and they  do get paid later  when the  government opens back up. the only  thing is  the tourist are the ones who don't  get to see the national  sights.  But I am sure there are a lot of  state parks and sights to see.  Obama  did several  shut downs. Every time he couldn't get his way.  He  gave billions to other countries. Billions to Fannie Mae and Freddie mac to keep them going when they were  giving money away like crazy to  people  wanting to buy house that had no idea how to pay for one and they lost their tails on it.  All President Trump wants is 5B.  Just another democrat ploy to  make him look bad.

Government shutdowns are pointless.  They are a control tactic.  The shutdowns hurt those who are most in need of assistance.

Taxes aren't being raised, freedoms aren't being taken away--as far as I'm concerned they can stay shutdown.

They probably did this on purpose so they can have the holiday off.  Or Trump didn't get his decision he wanted and threatened to shut it down.  I say we knock all politicians salaries down to 5 digit numbers instead of 6 digits.  Then you wonder why they don't tax the rich.

And we need the wall.  You cannot have open boarders and just let who ever walk right in.  Nobody is saying no to immigrants just ILLEGAL immigrants.

They are not working without pay.  They will get paid.  Still not understanding who you are saying is being hurt who NEED ASSISTANCE.   The welfare checks will still go out.  National parks being closed in the middle of winter is not a big deal as most are closed now any way.

lol And that would apply to EVERY PERSON INVOLVED IN VOTING!  The democrats are doing the same thing. They are stomping and screaming because they can't have their way.  Get ready for it to get a LOT worse. The democrats have already said they will block ANYTHING that Trump tries to do or that the Republicans are for.

So you are correct.  It is all about baby men and women pitching a fit when things do not go exactly their way.
