Tap Research is not posting my reward and Survey ID 3589734 I completed 12/21/

I just tried and still not crediting.  I wonder if when it's fixed we'll get the back-credit they owe

It will credit. It plainly says it can take up to 24 hours or longer for you to receive credit.

I can't even get on anymore, it is a neat site and I enjoyed it, even if sometimes it was just pennies at least I could then get my paid to click.  Well maybe it will all get  fixed.

Unfortunately, I don't think it's broken. The website changed their paying policy (now to only for complete surveys and no partial credit). I think the company might have been losing too much money on the old way of paying. I've been relying on videos to qualify for PTC. Luckily they have been reliable lately.

I got a notice I had earned x number of cents and as of now (from this morning) it has not credited. This happened a few days ago and it showed up the next day.

I can see what you are saying happening.  People have bragged in these forums how they get kicked out as fast as they can to earn random cents and end up making more than if they actually take the survey.  If you are going to do that then at least keep your mouth shut!  I would think if that were the case though it would be told to us. The policy still says if there is a $$ that you earn a penny for being kicked out.  Or more with the TAP. 

This is not a job. Although some people call it that. It is not an income or a means to support yourself. Heck, it really isn't even enough for extra spending money.  The people behind the survey are doing research.  They are going to pay the bare min.  And the site that is the middle man between us and the ones paying for the survey are also making money. I would love to know how much money they actually make.

If everyone submitted a support ticket it may make a difference. But I am doubting it.  The last couple times I done a support ticket it was a waste and the last time the agent who responded was smart mouthed and basically insulting toward me.

So I will just do what I can and cash out and go on.

Another day no credit for tap research and to make matters worse i did 2 other surveys completed them got credit, but that never show either. So no credit except email and the 15 cents from daily so I guess I can't get on tomorrow until I make 5 cents but have no idea how to do that  i don't like the tasks so I guess keep trying is the answer.

I've been missing credits as well. It can be tiring at times trying to keep up.

It IS NOT Tap Research. The problem is Fusion Cash. I do Tap surveys on another site and they are crediting. They are not on here.  I did just try one and it did not credit.  But I done a bunch last night on another site and they all did credit.  Like I said last week they credited the next day for me but as of now they are not crediting at all on this site. So I am done.  I am not wasting my time when I know it won't pay.

I'm not only not getting credit for Tap Research but also not getting credit for the Hyper Max videos today.

I have not gotten credit from Tap for about 3 days now.  I've tried every day to do a survey.  It says I was credited but, when I check my account, it is not there and has not shown up from 3 days ago either.
