Is anyone having trouble doing this offer?

When I click it it pops up a small window to turn on/off but nothing happens.

Same here, usually goes through cycles where it works on and off with this kind of response.

When I run across something that won't work, I honestly don't take time to analyze it. I just click and go until I find something that will work.

mayeb try a different browser? I use opera latest build and no issues here. you could try chrome, firefox and ie.

Thankfully, I have had no problems with these lately.  So glad they are back, even if only a few at a time!  I will say that switching browsers helped me before when some of them didn't work on Chrome, but that was earlier in the year.  Still, that's worth trying.

No, but when it does open up, and let's you do the survey, it will only let you do one and no more, wish it would be more.

Sometimes this happens to me as well. Usually if you close out of the offer and click on the offer again on the video page, you can fix the problem. If it doesn't work after doing this a few times, you could always try logging out and logging back in again to really reset the page.

It only gives me one to do, and then it says I've completed enough, only one and i have done enough, not.
