Technical Difficulties

For the past day or two there have been issues accessing surveys. I keep getting an error message Anyone else? Today I tried to access a survey and it had a error 500 code.

You need to either google the error you are getting or contact support. I get that error every now and then. But not with every survey. I just quit and do something else for a while and come back to them.

Have been getting the message since October and submitting numerous tickets and was told to clear cookies and caches which doesn't help.  Talked to the IT people at my work and they told me it is a website problem that needs to be fixed by FC and there is nothing we are doing wrong.

i have never had that come up...on other things but not surveys...usually clear cache and cookies and all is well..

I am very sorry that you are having these issues. I have not had that error before. I mostly do Tap Research now. They pay better even when you disqualify. I would submit a Support Ticket and see if FC can help you out. Good Luck.

Well then you are probably out of luck.  The last support ticket I submitted I got a smart mouthed response basically insulting me.  I have seen others have said the same thing.  As long as it works for some people FC most likely could care less.  THEY get paid so they don't care.  I am curious as to how much money THEY make on each survey WE take that we may or may not get paid for.

But then that survey is gone. It is like the ones that say it is closed and to try again later. I can't. When I close this window the survey is removed. lol

Constant error messages or inability to see offers likely means you have been banned. That happened to me 3-4 months ago, I can't do any of the surveys except TAP now...

Whenever I continually get an error, I always use my search engine to see if someone else has had the same problem or has an explanation about the error.  It's hard to approach the problem if you don't understand the meaning of the error.  This process has helped me on several occasions.

get them all the time especially on surveys,,,    its no wonder I hate doing them. and can't cash in on the money for them.  gets really aggravating
