Survey error

I understand that errors on surveys happen, but I just completed a survey, and when I got to the end, it asked me to complete a capcha. I completed it successfully, but when I proceeded, it gave me an error. It said..."The URL you have used has been altered. We cannot redirect you at this time." I had not seen this error before. Has anyone seen it in the past?

I don't remember that one but have gotten errors before.... most times if I reload the page it will credit

I got that same error message when doing a TapResearch survey yesterday.  I used the reload button on my browser and I actually did get the credit.  Strange for sure, but I guess we just need to roll with the punches.

Have not seen that one yet but I'm sure one day it will visit me.

It has never happened on this site but it has happened in the past on other programs. I reloaded and it still said error. Then a few minutes later I seen the credit in my account for the survey so it was all good
