I too messed up at the beginning but now know.  I click on mark on the ones that I already did that didn't credit so I don't do them again.  Hope I don't get in trouble I did a few more then once trying to get it to credit because I didn't know if I did something wrong or didn't finish it.

Don't worry, you'll be fine.  FC is aware people make mistakes.

There was a survey offer i was trying to do but my comp kept messing up so i clicked on it like 4 times..does that count as not getting approved...I only completed it once..

As long as you only completed it once, you're fine.
