What Are Your Favorite Holiday Foods and Snacks?

I like rum cake which I sometimes get to eat around Christmas.

Turkey, stuffing, deviled eggs, potatoes. As far as desserts I love chocolate and peanut butter fudge! Yummy!

I just love a good fruitcake to have around the holidays. And big bowls with candy canes in them for the kids.

Some of the Holiday snacks that I like:  Frosted Sugar Cookies, almond bark with pecans or with crushed candy canes, dill pickle wrapped in cream cheese/dried beef, caramel puff corn, almond bark pretzels, candied nuts, pecan pie.

I love all cakes and pies, Fruit cake,greens, mac and cheese. Good meats.

I love my moms homemade rolls. They are my favorite.

Snack wise I love those little sausages rolled up in dough, homemade chex mix and Christmas cookies.  Food wise we rarely make anything for the holidays but it would be ham and or turkey if we did.

I'm with you on the homemade Chex mix.   Just talked about it last night.  Need to get to the grocery store and get the fixings.   Again, this is something I don't know why I don't fix during the year but then again, maybe I wouldn't love it so much if I fixed it all the time.

I like a traditional Thanksgiving dinner. Nothing too crazy, just some tasty turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes and cranberry sauce.

It is a tradition for us that on Christmas eve we have snack foods like potato chips and dip, summer sausage and cheese, a cheese ball and cocktail wieners.  We also have an assortment of candies.

Turkey, stuffing, greenbean casseroles, cranberry sauce, and corn are my favorites for holiday seasons. I also love pumpkin pie.
