Do you have to fall back a hour in fall and spring up an hour in spring time?

In California we have to do both..........I wish that they would just leave it be one way or another.  It gets to be a pain when it changes back and forth.

:) Yes, in Alaska we go through time change. Someone told me the only State that does not have time change is Arizona.

yes, i've always liked "gaining" that extra
hour in the fall. especially when its midnight
and you can live the whole hour over again!

i'm a dork, i know.

yes, we have both and I like it when there is more daylight hours. I kind wish it would just be the same all year round though.

Yes, we do fall back in the fall to gain an extra hour and spring forward in the spring to lose an hour.  I wish they would just leave it alone like Arizona does.
