How do you feel?

i wake up each day feeling great

Sluggish. I had to be at church to help plan activities and did not want to go at all, but I did it anyway and glad I did it.

I was fine up until my boyfriend pissed me off earlier

Didn't sleep last night. Had a *bleep* nose and itb2as stuffed  up. Was blowing out  blood clots. Went to the   er in the morning .the doc kind of zapped the blood clots. My nose was still stuffed but stopped bleeding. Luckily have a son who lives with me and drove to the er.  Have allergies so us3d to a stuffed nose,but not the blood alot of blood. Now it's fine no bleeding. Fun story I know  but whatever keeps me from grabbing a cig I'll do.

I've felt rotten for 5 weeks do to health reasons , just now geting my mojo back,

Slow!  Am recovering from knee replacement and intestinal infection.  I'll go to water aerobics this AM for the knee, but probably not much more today.

I feel well, a little ache here and there, but when on to work and I took something for my pain and I feel better.

Got up this morning feeling okay, not the best, had errands to run, got home and started going online to do things. Running around tires a body out.

I felt horrible when I got out of bed this morning. Lol. I did not sleep well and even took a nap on my lunch break from 2pm-3pm. I hate days like today, but I guess being worn out is better than having anxiety/panic attacks. My life .... it's something else alright!!

I feel great but still plan to stay home today since I ran out yesterday to feed the homeless.  I'm still in pjs and I'm grateful I can stay home and only go out when I want to.  I have a doctor appointment tomorrow and want to cancel because it's cold and I like being around heat.

Hello!

Currently, I feel lousy. Just got over a bad cold only to be replaced by another illness. Nonetheless still doing a bit work because they just have to be done. I hope this is over quickly so I can go back to my normal.

I worked out and walked for 4 miles. Not bad for a start of a new year!
