Each month payment is delayed. My last payment pic I posted in Aug. Still no credit. I submitted a ticket last month and still no response.

Anyone else have this issue?

I am sorry for your ordeal, I think you have to keep trying until you get a response..Sometimes the investigation takes time..

I've never posted a pic but a support ticket should help solve your issue... I know sometimes it can take time to get a response... just wait and hope they can help

The last payments for the Bonus Picture Payment were made on Sept. 8.  The approval can take up to 60 days.  We should be seeing it soon, I hope.
