close account.
« on: October 10, 2018, 10:10:45 am »
I had money in my account from surveys and offers but they expired it! Just close my account. Not interested any more. Was trying to see how much to cash out. I was just under $25 so I went back to my account and the money was gone. I asked about it and they said it expired. No other site expires money earned from surveys. Clicks and such I can understand but not my survey money. Just close my account if your not gonna look into this. It is not worth my time here.

FC makes it very clear that you have to cash out within 180 days or 6 months.  If you do not, some or all of your earnings might expire. I find that reasonable. It is not that difficult to earn $25 plus in a 6 month period on FC.

I suggest that you not close your account because you are only allowed one account in a lifetime. Take a break. There might be a day when you want to come back to FC.

It is a decent site as long as you follow the rules but FC does have some very strict rules.

Nobody but you can close your account.  If you really want to I'm sure there is info to tell you how to close it.  Sorry this site didn't work out for you.

It sounds like you came up against the 180 day cash out limit. The terms of service states that one must cash out within 180 days or risk losing earnings. I agree with others that you should just take a break from the site, if you want, and return later instead of closing the account.

There is good money to be made here for those who stay active and it is simple to make enough to cashout every month or two and never need to face that expiration rule.

You should chalk it up to a lesson learned and go make some more money.

Fusion Cash did not expire your money.  Your inactivity did.  I'm sorry that you were not able to cash out but it is very clearly stated that credits expire after 180 days if they are not redeemed.

Always read the terms of service on any earning site so that you are well aware of what is involved.

Logging in does not earn anything, you have to complete offers to earn enough to meet the minimums each month.

I agree with what everyone else has said.  Logging in isn't enough to make you "active".  If you don't cash out in 6 months, you are considered inactive, which I believe is reasonable.  If you are doing surveys and getting credited for them, I imagine you had at least the required $25 to cash out.  FC  is not a bank, it is a site for people like us to earn money from the surveys/tasks/activities FC finds and presents to us.  They get paid from their advertisers and in turn pay us.  The rules are very clear and they make sense to me. I am quite happy to cash out with $35+ every two months.

Early on, I lost some of my earnings too. It was a lesson learned and from there on, I hoped it would never happen again and so far it hasn't, even though there have been times I did not have internet, I managed to find a library or somewhere that did to do what I could on FC. Oh, and if you are going to be away from it for awhile, you can have the daily email put on hold.

So you have been a member of FC for over 8 years, with only 2 posts in the forum.  Are you serious?

There's not much more i can say.  It states inactivity will make you lose your money.

Well I've been a member since 2011, however I didn't start posting in the forum until a year or two ago, I just wasn't interested in saying much and I didn't realize how nice the forum posting bonus was. So I can kind of relate to that. :)

One thing I have learned for sure. You have to be a patient person and not get upset when things happen. Yesterday I spent the time on 2 surveys that were completed however, at the very end I got a quota exceeded message. I would think they would know if quota was exceeded in the beginning however, it happens. I just shook it off and continued on
