Hot sauce - spicy foods what do you think?

No thank you ... I avoid both hot sauce and spicy food.  They just don't agree with me and I don't enjoy eating them.

I love spicy foods, but not the kind that burns all the way down.  Probably mild hot - if there is such a thing.

I love spicy food but have found that my tolerance level has decreased. Spicy wings, Thai/Chinese/Mexican food-I love it! I went to a *bleep* mary bar about a month ago and was adding various hot sauces to my drink. I grabbed a bottle of ghost pepper sauce with the intention of adding a drop or two and failed to notice that the restriction cap (for lack of a better word) had been removed and ended up dumping in about a teaspoon of liquid hell.Being older (and stupid), hating to waste anything and not wanting to bother the waitress, I resigned myself to drinking it. I took a large chug and instantly regretted it as I immediately started sweating, eyes went blood shot and nothing would cool my tongue. Five minutes later I was making a bee line for the bathroom and was happy that nobody was in there.

I can't understand the appeal of the burn of spicy foods. But that doesn't mean I'm against flavor (contrary to my dad's opinion). I love foods with a lot of flavor, but I want to be able to taste the next bite instead of burning my taste buds off.

I don't usually eat spicy foods, it usually depends on what kind of food it is and who cooks it.
