If some one grobed me 36 years ago i wouldn't even bother to report it. If you didn't do it then what the point in doing it now

Because he is up for nomination to the Supreme Court and it is a tactic by the democrats to cause problems and try to keep him from being placed on the Supreme Court.

I dont believe that EVERYONE would have reported when it first happened.Maybe some would have.

You think Paterno wished he did?Probably cost him his life from the stress.

Sometimes predators dont learn right away......some never do....and then some do learn.Tough call that i am not sure what we might do solves it.You go with your gut and might be right and then u might say i wish i never did.

Thats where wholesome prayer comes in.Asking for the help to do the right thing. And if we still dont get an answer maybe God has a good enuff reason why he didnt answer us.

It's all politics she doesn't like President Trump so now she brings it up. Why didn't she say this years ago when he was a regular judge?

No I would not if I was drunk and couldn't even remember for sure who it was, where it was or when it was.  The time to have reported it was then not all these years later; especially since she wasn't raped!  And, it obviously didn't affect her too bad.

Exactly! AND because she is lying.  Everyone they have interviewed says she is lying or they do not know what she is talking about.

"and ruin his entire career."

I don't get why sexual assault has to be so much about what happens to the man.

It is only so much about what happens to the man when the female is lying. Yeah you say that I don't know she is lying. Well you don't know she is telling the truth either.

Innocent until proven guilty, unless a Republican's job is at stake, then HE IS INNOCENT WITHOUT QUESTION. How dare anyone question the morality or innocence of a Republican in a position of political power. OF COURSE HE IS HONEST AND TRUTHFUL. Burn the witch.

Got it.

I really don't understand all the women coming out with these accusations YEARS later. If it just happened, absolutely. But 10, 20, 30 years later? What is the point?

I won't go into details, but something happened to me when I was 15. I didn't tell anyone. For a few years, I had some issues, mentally and emotionally. I worked through them, and now I never think about that situation. I'm trying to think of reasons I would have to bring it all back up, to make formal accusations against the other person. I honestly can't think of any valid reason. In fact, it was so long ago, I'm not sure my memory of the situation is even accurate anymore.

I would say there is a good chance your memory is pretty accurate. But you are correct - you didn't say anything at the time so there is no point in bringing it up now. And when it is 40 years ago there is no way to even prove anything. It is a she said he done it and no other proof.

In THIS particular situation it is a way to further divide the people.  The democrats believe her and the Republicans believe him.  And the people who are independent and can think believe HIM because they see there is NO proof whatsoever.  They ask the same questions. Why would you make these accusations now?

What if the action hurt's a person, now, the aggressive person is in a VIP position, than the hurt person has to lookup to that person only remembering aggression thoughts mind  telling 'well that is not right,' what to do. Now it sounds like we don't have all the medical attention we  :female:  :male: need for a healthy life, we don't have teachers for shark-attitude-people. I hope things changes instead of things snapping.

Now 2 more women came forward, this is going to be interesting

It still does not mean it is true.  I don't believe either of them either.
