What is the difference between SSI and SSDI?
Can you get both at the same time?
Are the amount of benefits the same?
I have to disagree with you on that. LAZY people don't get SSI. I seriously doubt that a judge would grant someone SSI with NO evidence. See, anybody who is well off and doesn't need SSI always criticizing the ones who really need it. You have to be slow to speak on subjects like this. One day you or yours will need it.
Social Security Income is what old people get. Or a kid if their parent dies.
Social Security Disability Income is what most times lazy people get. Suppose to be for people who are disabled but these days the majority of people drawing it are NOT disabled. I know a man that could not walk until he was able to get approved. Now he stays on vacation, walking the beaches, whatever, living the good life.
WHY did you put your comments in the middle of mine? I know someone who was kicked off the site for that.
Yes, there are people who are drawing disability who are lazy. They are not disabled. They played the system.
I know a bunch of people who are drawing disability and they are not disabled.
And FYI you have no idea what my situation is. None at all. For all you know I could need disability myself and be one of the ones who can't get it. And I am far from "well off". If I were rich I would NOT be wasting time on this site or any other survey sites. So you should take your own advice on being slow to speak.
I state the truth. No where did I saw that every one drawing disability is just lazy. But there are a lot of people who are living off the system that do not need to be.
